Workable: Explainer

One of the first things Workable told us was that they hear from their customers, time and again, that Workable's recruiting software completely changed the game. So when we were tasked with making an online ad for the brand, we knew we needed to hear true testimonials from real brand advocates. It wasn't hard to find customers who were willing to gush about hiring software. Who knew? We first created the digital campaign with versions specific to their website, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Custom animations were also created to take over McCarran Airport in Las Vegas the day the entire HR industry arrived for a yearly conference, as well as screens for the trade show booth. The hard work(able) paid off with higher awareness and traffic in the tradeshow booth and online.
