Getting people into their brick-and-mortar stores has been a challenge for Staples for some time, and their extensive printing options for businesses is one of their unique, store-specific benefits. Rather than try and speak to everyone, our team presented and produced a series of 15-second ads, specific to the top four industries for potential Staples customers. We also implemented ad sequencing to ensure that viewers who engaged were served the most relevant creative- e.g., a food service business owner using YouTube or social media would be served the video that featured a cafe. The results? High view-throughs and high-fives all around.
