As the link between client and creative, the Account Manager needs to speak both languages. The right candidate can keep a lot of balls in the air, making sure videos get delivered on time and under budget while staying in close communication with the creative team and keeping the client happy. They are also responsible for project management and making sure creatives are up to speed and working effectively. This role will primarily support one client, who is one of the largest and most well-known tech companies in the world, but will also manage projects on other accounts as needed.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Liaison closely between client and creative teams
  • Clearly communicate deadlines and expectations to creative team
  • Manage client expectations
  • Create and adhere to project scopes/budgets
  • Create and adhere to project timelines
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Keep leads for new business moving through the sales pipeline
  • Bring in and close new contracts

Required Experience:

 

  • 2-5 years in advertising, video production, or project management environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management or similar
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
Assistant Video Editor|2/15/18

A highly technical role, the assistant editor is responsible for supporting the editor in all phases of the post-production process.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Optimize video edits using best practices for Youtube and Facebook
  • Version edits based on client specs using Adobe Premiere & Media Encoder
  • Quality control and upload edits for delivery
  • Prepare files for out-of-house audio mix & color grading vendors
  • Mastering and archiving files on the server
  • Title animations and revisions in Adobe After Effects
  • Color correcting footage

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Command of Adobe Premiere & After Effects
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Technical understanding of high-end post process
  • Strong technical understanding of video compression formats
  • Ability to animate titles, track footage, and remove logos
  • Be able to take direction
  • Able to follow brand style guides

 

Required Experience:

 

  • 1-2 years in a post-production environment
